| DID YOU KNOW THAT AMERICAN AIRLINES CHARGE $15.00 FOR EACH LUGAGE (SP) THAT YOU CHECK IN? WE JUST FOUND THAT OUT TODAY WHEN I TOOK DH TO THE AIRPORT. WHATS NEXT ? | |

| oh no!! have they really started that? i hear rumors but i still thought you got at least one checked in for free!!! :x
next they will probably tack on $50 for every pound someone weighs over 100!!! (or something rediculous like that lol) |

| yeah they started it on the 15th of last month. but my husband said that they did not make him pay when he checked into norfolk to fly to la. and that was on june 27th, they there was something about $25.00 if it wsa over so much pounds. crazy | |

| jeeze, its carry on for me now, no matter what.... i guess i will just have to buy toothpaste and shampoo/conditioner everywhere i go from now on |

| I think all of the airlines are doing it. At least most of them are. From what I've heard on the news it's $15 for the 1st bag and $25 per bag after that | |

| Yeah, it started that you could have one checked bag and then your second one is $25. and if any bag weighed over 50 lbs you had to pay $25. Now they are charging the money for checked baggage because of the rising fuel costs supposedly. | |

| I flew delta when i wet home and you only get 1 checked bag and its $25 for each additional!! Im just glad i found out before i checked in!! I had 2 i made it fit into one Thankfully!!!! | |
