My first attempt....

So I don't know what got into me today but I finally got sick of seeing myself like this! I gained alot of weight when I had Timmy (about 45-50lbs). He's coming up on 4 months (this Sunday) and I'm down to 150.....I was 170 when I had him! I know that's alot of weight to lose in 4 months but I'm still not happy with the way I look....even though Ty loves it!

So today the kids and I went on a 45 minute walk! It was awesome! The kids keep me company and we got to talk about different things! So today was the first attempt at changing the way I feel about myself! :D

45 minute walk?? wow, you go girl :) i went running for like 10 minutes today, lol.

That's awesome! Whatever you do is something closer to helping you get to your goal! I've also join some weight loss support groups!

I don't really have a "goal" lol. I jsut feel so lazy when I watch tv all day and it's SOOO hott outside to go riding so I just usually run, for 10 minutes, lol.

I'm going to try to make it a 45 minute run like you though! You're going to be my inspiration, lol
