| ever since yesterday i have just been an emotional wreck. my husband got to come home for a couple hours & i just wasn't my self which made him act weird. and it was just an akward night. i didn't really want to talk to him about what was wrong because i knew it would put him in a mad//sad mood so i just was gonna try to keep it in but yah know how that goes. so i apologised to him when he had to leave & he's like it's not your fault and i was like well yeah it is and instead of talking to me about it he's like well talk about it tomorrow. only he doesn't come home tomorrow he has duty. blahhh. i don't really feel like talking about what's wrong. but i just feel like i am being too emotional and over exagerating it. i get like this sometimes around pms [as probably a lot of us do] but it's just annoying. i just wish i could let some things go. i feel almost depressed. but i know i am not. blahh just pass feeling, please just passsss! :[ |

| Awwww. i know how you feel. you just try and make the best of the hours you have with the hubby even though you have things eating up inside of you. Maybe you should write everything down on paper it will help you collect all your thoughts. It may help to just see whats going on and it may help you feel better. at least untill you can talk to you hubby. |

| I agree with the other ladies about the journal. Sometimes writing your thoughts and feelings down helps. I have written my husband letters that expressed my feelings to him in detail that I never gave him. I never really had intention of giving it to him. I just needed to get out what I was feeling towards him at the time. I hope you feel better soon sweetie. <<Big Hugs>> | |
