ok, so my crazy roommate wanted to go on the cabbage soup diet (which is hell). we both lose like 7 lbs in the week we were on it, but this diet made us go a little crazy. it would be good if you needed to drop a bunch of water weight for a special dinner/reunion or something, but i gained all the weight back ove rthe next few months (thanks to my so so eating habits). Im sure if you kept up good eating and excercising, this diet would be good to kickstart a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for the yo yo dieter though!
