Still TTC....

No luck yet. It makes me sad to know that we could be trying for months or years even and then some people aren't even trying and they get pregnant right away. I just really want to be a younger mom SO bad! Anybody have any methods that seemed to work?...Besides the obvious--sex. :lol!:

awww i like you too shannon...but you never know, God works in mysterious ways haha. Obviously you know yourself a lot better than I do or ever will, but I just wish you would have a better attitude about it :)

Shannon, it will all work out fine. I'm sure you will be a great mom. When I had my eldest daughter, I NEVER wanted children and I was only 17 when I got pregnant and was on birth control. Believe me, if there was ever a person who didn't want to be pregnant, it was me. But it all worked out. I now have 3. I wouldn't trade them for the world. :)

Rachel, I don't know what to tell you about TTC. When I was young, I didn't have a problem. When we ttc our son, it took 2 years. But I was also 35 when I got pregnant with him. 36 when he was born. All I can say is keep trying and when the time is right, it will happen.

well i understand about not wanting to be an old mom. since i had my son when i was sixteen i feel like i am old already and i am only 22. i told my dh that once i turn 28 i am getting on BC then when i am 30 heis getting fixed because i dont want to be in my 30s having a kid. i mean there is nothing wrong with it but it is just not me. so we are ttcing but nothing and it is frustrating. best of luck though and sending you lots and lots of baby dust

just relax. i hear when you stop trying since you're not stressing about it, it happens naturally. :) that's what i'm starting to do and having a little fun in the process, lol

yah im trying to just relax too and let it happen when it happens...but i can imagine that this will get old real quick if it doesnt happen lol. are you taking any prenatal vitamins girls?

i am. i'm taking onesource prenatal. i got them at walmart. the books and websites all say to take at least 600 mg/day of folic acid but this one has 800 mg and you take it twice/day. it was really cheap and it's lasting forever and my doctor said it was good to take and i also researched it online just to be sure. i started taking mine right when i went off the pill, which was now almost 2 months ago :( we'll see what happens in about 2 weeks, whether or not i'm pregnant...i doubt it though, lol

good. yah im taking one too...one that i got at walmart also lol. i just went to web md and they gave recommendations for what the vitamin should have in it. i started taking mine about a month ago. we should know also in a couple weeks. ill be in california though when i find out! im debating whether to call him or wait until we're face to face to tell him...i mean if it even happens at all lol.

same here....for a boy i think i like jonathan sage. i might change my mind though later. as for a girl there are a couple that i like....but so far we have agreed on alexa mae. i also like chloe, emma, grace.....i could go on forever, lol

awww those are cute! so my niece's name is madison mae and my best friends daughter is mae bella lol. so i guess mae is a super cool name now!
